2. Hosting
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 Pine Street Suite 701, San Francisco, CA 94104, USA. Delivery takes place via the EU region (Frankfurt). When the website is accessed, technical data (IP address, browser type, access time) is automatically stored in server log files. This serves the technical provision of the website and is based on legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Vercel processes data in accordance with its privacy policy. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Vercel. Any data transfer to the USA takes place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the basis of standard contractual clauses.
3. Contact form
When you use the contact form on this website, the data you enter (name, email address, message) is processed for the purpose of handling your enquiry. The data is not shared without your consent.
Email is sent via Resend (Resend Inc., 2261 Market Street #5086, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA). Resend processes the data exclusively to deliver the message. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). Any data transfer to the USA takes place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the basis of standard contractual clauses.
4. Nervous-System Profile (self-test)
If you provide your email address in the Nervous-System Profile, it is processed to send you your personal profile report as a PDF and, where appropriate, to contact you once about it, for example with a note about a free intro call. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (sending the requested report) and Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a one-off response). Email is sent via Resend (see point 3).
In addition, your test answers are evaluated anonymously and without reference to your email address in order to improve the test. If you consent to the newsletter via the optional checkbox, I also use your email address for occasional information on nervous-system regulation (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). You can object to the further use of your data, to being contacted and to the newsletter at any time without any formality, or unsubscribe (kontakt@ruslanspartakov.de).
5. Audience measurement with PostHog
This website uses PostHog (PostHog Inc., 2261 Market Street #4008, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA), hosted in the EU region (eu.i.posthog.com), for data-minimising audience measurement. PostHog is integrated without cookies: no persistent cookies are set, no cross-device tracking is carried out, no IP address is stored (anonymised) and no data is processed for advertising purposes. Session data is held exclusively in the browser's memory and discarded when the tab is closed.
Only pseudonymised events (page views, clicks on certain buttons, contact form submissions) are collected for the purpose of improving this website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in designing the website to be user-friendly). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with PostHog. Any data transfer to the USA takes place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the basis of standard contractual clauses. Details: posthog.com/privacy.
6. Conversion measurement with Google Ads (cookieless)
This website is advertised from time to time via Google Ads. If you reach this website through a Google ad, Google appends a click identifier to the address (Google Click ID, “gclid”). If you then request your profile report, this click identifier is transmitted to Google Ads together with the time of the request, so that it can be traced which ad led to a report request. Neither your name nor your email address is transmitted to Google in the process.
This measurement takes place without cookies and without storing information on your device: the click identifier is held exclusively in the browser's memory and processed server-side. No profiling or cross-device tracking takes place. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in measuring the success of one's own advertising). The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Any data transfer to the USA takes place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the basis of standard contractual clauses. You can object to this processing at any time (kontakt@ruslanspartakov.de). Details: policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Cookies
This website does not set any cookies and does not store any information on your device. No cross-device tracking and no profiling take place. The Google Ads conversion measurement described in point 6 also operates without cookies and without storing anything on your device. A cookie banner is therefore not required.
8. External booking via Metanovia
